Dear Sorted Family – Let us first say that we hope you are all staying safe no matter what you’re doing and where you’re at. We care about you and we care about our community of friends and fellow ravers it has been our privilege to share dance floors with these last few years. We’re writing today because we felt it was important we add our voice to the chorus demanding justice for people of color.
We’ve embarked upon a long journey of education, and encourage each of you to do the same. We also encourage you to donate to Black Lives Matter as we have, and join us in support of the ongoing fight to end state-sanctioned violence, liberate Black people and end white supremacy forever. We look forward to a time when we can gather on our dance floors again with our Sorted family and in the meantime will be reflecting on our part and place in this system and how we can better serve our community.
